Customers of the car park should make themselves aware of the following terms of contract for use of this car park.

The 'Landlord' shall mean Galeria Dominikanska. The 'Customer' shall mean the driver of any vehicle using the Car Park.

'Vehicle' shall mean any vehicle entering the Car Park and shall include any mechanical or electric means of transport including accessories and anything attached to it or left in it or on it.

1. Parking contract

Customers enter into this contract with the Landlord for the parking of a vehicle at the Car Park on receipt of a parking ticket. The Landlord and their servants or agents will not be liable for the safety or storage of any vehicle, its contents or otherwise provided by law and no servant or agent has authority to accept any liability on behalf of the Landlord. All vehicles and their contents are left at the Car Park at the owner's risk. The contract is terminated upon departure of the vehicle from the Car Park. Any Customer having entered the Car Park agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Parking charges, parking times

A) All parking charges are based on the current pricelist.
B) Vehicles can be left at the car park for one day only (this does not apply to the hotel guests). After this time the Landlord reserves the right to remove the vehicle from the premises at the Customer's cost. Until the vehicle has left the Car Park the parking charges apply based on the current pricelist.
C) In the absence of the ticket issued on entry, the charge for parking will be 50zl, unless the Customer can prove that parking time was shorter or the Landlord can prove that the parking time was longer.

3. Landlord's liability

The Landlord and their servants or agents will not be liable for the safety  of any vehicle, its contents or any other items left at the Car Park. All vehicles and their contents are left at the Car Park at the owner's risk.

The Landlord is only liable for any damage done by their servants or agents which has been reported to them before leaving the Car Park. The Landlord is not liable for damages done by other Customers or third party.

4. Customer's liability

The Customer shall be responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from actions done by him, his employees, agents or other person's accompanying him and shall indemnify The Landlord in respect of any such loss, damage or injury. The Customer will not deposit any rubbish, litter or refuse of any kind within the Car Park, other than in the proper receptacles provided for this purpose. Any loss, damages or injuries should be reported to the Landlord immediately and before leaving the Car Park.

5. Lien

The vehicle is subject to a lien for all parking charges due or accruing due from the Customer to the Landlord. 'Lien' is a form of security interest granted over an item of property to secure the payment of debt.

6. Parking rules

The vehicle can be parked within a designated parking bay only.
The vehicle cannot be parked in the areas marked as reserved or in an Access Road. The Landlord reserves the right to tow away at the expense of the Customer an incorrectly parked vehicle or charge additional fee for such parking.

The Customer shall use proper care and attention while in the Car Park and shall abide by any traffic or directional signs and notices displayed in the Car Park or instructions of the parking staff. The highway code applies in the Car Park.

Car Park safety regulations

1. The speed limit of 10km/h applies.
2. Smoking and any use of fire are prohibited.
3. Parking of vehicles with fuel leaks is prohibited.
4. Car Park is for use of drivers and passengers only and shall not be used for reasons other than parking.
5. It is prohibited to repair, clean, drain liquids (fuel, oil or water) from the vehicle in parking areas and Access Roads.
